Ciel wouldn't want just three things, he in general would like to be able to live a lifestyle suited for his position. Because while he can endure, he hates having to lower his standards, even if he can do it if it's necessary. Mostly he really wants good food again, but that's Sebastian-level good food, so it's not likely he'll get it unless Sebastian is ever apped.
Santa a couch, a bed, and a proper kitchen. He will not want to get any because gods and he is pretty firm on the idea of not asking gods for anything that isn't strictly NECESSARY, so while he's willing to get basic things like shower and bathroom etc, those are not things he'll get.
Ling doesn't have objects that he want, actually, and those he might want (some grenades, other weaponry stuff) he will mission for. Honestly what he'd want the most right now are actually Ran Fan and Fu, because he is full of guilt issues over failing to become the Emperor (even if he did manage to ensue his clan's safety), and even if he thinks apologies aren't enough he very strongly wants to ask for their forgiveness. And also all the feelings because. Yeah. Ran Fan and Fu. So they're the only thing he'd really really want but can't get. (app them)
FORGOT MY QUESTION OOPS. So SHIROE what are his thoughts on Thusia so far?

He honestly doesn't think these gods seem too bad as they are though? But humans gradually giving more and more power and control to the computers is where things went wrong in his world so he is suspicious about it. He's also having a hard time wrapping his head around the idea of gods and magic and everything inbetween.
People wise he doesn't have any strong opinions yet, aside from the fact a lot of people seem to at least be able to think for themselves and are interesting to talk to, even if he still ends up being a brat at them. ...He also thinks Aerta is like the coolest person ever. SHE MET FAIRIES.
Will Santa be happy to see sister again? (Also thoughts on her dying anyway despite good end)

Kakashi actually is actually winning a lot of points really fast with Ling. He got him interested in him right as soon as he mentioned (and explained) being a Shinobi, and then when he said he can COOK BASIC THINGS, which is pretty much why he decided to stick with him right away. And his ninjutsu got him even more interested, so while the only technique he genuinely wants to learn is the shadow clone one, he's really interested in everything surrounding it. OVERALL HE THINKS KAKASHI IS AN EXTREMELY INTERESTING PERSON. And gosh, as I said in gchat somehow, Kakashi keeps winning points over by... being a dick.
The discussion they had about what being a Shinobi means, pretty much, had an especially big impact on Ling since the whole discussion hit close to home for him. And the scolding really reminded him of Fu and Ran Fan (but Fu especially) a lot, and that won an insane amount of points for Kakashi. Basically he kind of just keeps doing and saying Ling is actually needing right now! Ling gets very carried away when it comes to his people and his ideals, even unreasonably so, and while he does sometimes realize it, it's not something he's willing to change because it's damn important to him. But he does need someone to scold him and make him understand certain things. But more than that for him, the presence of someone who is kind of like his vassals, is very comforting after his death. So yeah, Kakashi speaking like Fu would was something that filled him with Feelings. And then making him be the bait! I said it in gchat, but Ling preferred that anyway, because right now he is in a bad mental state when it comes to people putting themselves in danger for him. Even if it wasn't for him but a teaming effort, having Kakashi be the bait would have put him on the edge since he's pretty much just burying and ignoring his feelings over his death, and something like that would have had him agitated. So yeah, pushing him forward and making him be the bait? A+ move.
TL;DR he actually is really liking Kakashi and will follow him around and nag him a lot.
REVEEEERSE

And then Ling asked all the right questions and said all the right things (especially in regards to how he feels about being revived for this kind of thing) and Kakashi was just kind of ping'd a little by now-nostalgic people-he-knew-vibes. Which has made him pretty tsun toward Ling in general, which is why he's getting the kind of treatment Kakashi used to dish out when he was younger--i.e. Kakashi being a general dick.
Hoooowever, when Ling started to harass him about learning the Kage Bunchin no Jutsu, that was a line that made Kakashi go "Whoa, wait. No. Stop," and go through steps to establish a difference between the two. Essentially, the times Kakashi has been a team leader have ended up with either someone (everyone) getting killed or with things falling apart. And even with what's going on with Sasuke, Kakashi isn't ready to let go of Team 7. They, after all, revived a part of him that was stuck in a stagnant cycle of failing possible teams lefts and right--i.e. his ability to genuinely care for someone outside of the "fellow shinobi" bracket and bring it closer to something like camaraderie. This is exactly why Kakashi mentioned the Uchiha clan, showed his eye, and eventually went into the whole spiel that resulted in him basically slapping down the difference in their roles.
. . . except damn it, Kakashi can't be completely cold to someone who's likely broken cycles of the same old pattern. And the fact that the vassals Ling mentioned chose to lecture him more than once tells Kakashi a lot. So in a way, Kakashi's curious about what they see in him. Kind of similar to how Kakashi was curious about how Naruto to would turn out even though at first he was just a brat shouting he would be Hokage. Only not as... affectionate. There's very much still large emotional barriers in the way since it's the sort of pattern that Kakashi grew used to in the time between his old team dying and gaining Team 7.
During the start of the Nature thread, Kakashi was also just working with what he was familiar with--i.e. who would be better suited as what. So he chose Ling to be bait since he's naturally louder than Kakashi but also sly enough to get the hell out if things go south--OR SO HE THOUGHT. That's actually something that Kakashi will likely chew Ling out about later. In. A very quiet way. Kakashi WILL be a bit angry that Ling would tell Kakashi to run away to save himself, especially since Kakashi dropped some NOT VERY SUBTLE HINTS as to how he views the people he works with. The fact that Ling will try to reason that people can be revived will make Kakashi even MORE irritated at him and thus give him more excuse to close off a bit.
HOWEVER... ... on the other hand, Ling has a large potential to get Kakashi to respond in ways that other people in Thusia may not. Simply because they live together and also because Ling is PERSISTENT and DETERMINED and PASSIONATE about certain values. These are things that Kakashi admires in a person and things that can wear down the tsuntsun qualities. So maybe. eventually. MAYBE. he might teach him a few jutsu.
THE END OF THE NATURE THREAD: DID IT CHANGE THINGS FROM WHAT YOU WROTE BEFORE?!

He is very much feeling like the worst failure of a big brother, and he might not show it, but he's feeling incredibly moody and really kind of angry over everything, but mostly at himself. The worst thing is that in Thusia he doesn't even have an actual outlet, not really, so he has no way of letting this go and it just keeps building up. And even if he did manage to get some of it out (Blaze is here now and hey, sex isn't so bad for that) it would only be temporary. The whole idea of FAILURE just keeps hanging over him and it's kind of eating him inside at this point.
He is holding on the idea of defeating the gods here and going back to Sabra, but in all actuality he is starting to believe it's possible less and less. So while he talks about doing it with determination, for the most part when he says "we will do it" he's actually more trying to convince himself. This doesn't mean he won't try anyway, because it's Akane's life on the line and he doesn't care if it's hopeless or not likely, he's going to do it anyway. But it does mean he is in kind of in a bad state mentally. It really doesn't help that the past experiences in Sabra have been awful, he was already very close to a breaking point back there, and coming to Thusia just pretty much denied him any closure whatsoever. This is why he got so pissed at people saying "I'm sorry" or talking about the other timeline like, what, he should be happy another him made it or something? He just did not take it well.
SO YEAH. Right now Santa is kind of a mess, feeling like he's a giant failure, and prone to extreme moodswings. He will do his best to hide it and just pass it off as dickery but yeah, he is angry and bitter and everything is terrible. That being said, he's not the type to mope around, he wouldn't allow himself to. He's not even admitting his own feelings to himself actually, he's just saying "I'M JUST PISSED" because. feelings.
SAME FOR MITSURU BECAUSE I AM CURIOUS

He dislikes Thusia because a.) things seem too nice and he just KNOWS the other foot is going to fall. He wishes it would just hurry up and do it already. At least in Sabra everyone knew where things stood. b.) There is no space, and he can't go off and be alone the way he used to when he needed it in Sabra. That, more than anything else, is wearing him down surprisingly quickly. c.) People are dicks. That is true anywhere as far as he's concerned, but between his thread with Izumi in the intro and Becca spreading rumors, he has his hackles up. d.) The people he likes can't get his back, because they can't... fight. He won't stress about getting food for four people, because he is Mitsuru and he was on Orion, but he is having worries about things like one of the random dicks in Thusia coming down the hall while he is not there and knifing his people. :(a
He is holding strong on the determination front. Considering he very nearly pulled off what everyone said was categorically impossible TWICE before arriving in Thusia, he is not so fazed by hearing from all fronts that what he is trying to do is categorically impossible. He was really hoping to hear a bit from Kain about the "how," and the fact that Kain told him it was impossible, too, shook him a little- but it's going to take him probably at least a few months of finding nothing before he starts to falter. When he DOES, he is going to be a in a really bad place, but until then, he will cope the way he always copes: by setting himself a path and plowing forward. That was part of the reason he more or less refused to entertain what Santa was saying about the wish not being permanent, and refused to worry about it. He is going to focus on dealing with what he can deal with right now, and the rest can wait for later.
Also, he seriously wanted to smack Aoi. A lot. That picture, where the caption is like, "I CAN'T SLEEP, SOMEONE IS WRONG ON THE INTERNET." That was Mitsuru. But in real life.
EXPLAIN TIMELINE FUCKERY FOR ME, because I honestly don't understand how Santa going to Sabra messed anything up. He was safe end anyway, right? It shouldn't have been the him from that timeline that June needed. :|a

There isn't actually much to say, because Santa was just being a dick to Revan that didn't leave much room for a big impact either positive or negative. He kind of started talking with him like, thinking already "I don't care about this funny-dressed douchebag". He was surprised that he recognized Orion's uniform, and that actually pushed him on the wary side a bit, since wtf Sabra person I've never seen before (though he obviously realized he just must have been from before Santa arrived).
DO YOU PLAY OTHER CHARACTERS AND HAVE I THREADED WITH THEM, MY MEMORY SUCKS
But reverse!!!

Pretty much Revan's first thought with Santa is "Wow, this kid's a dick." And it's pretty much immediately followed by "Who cares, isn't everyone?" He figures he might be able to use that they were both at Sabra as leverage if he ever needs Santa, but mostly so far he...can't be bothered to be bothered.
I'm canon blind, tell me how post-Sabra Santa is different from "normal" Santa?

MUPPET on the other hand really got his interest because of the wolf, and while he understands it's not something pleasant for Muppet to talk about, he will definitely insist on finding out what it is. There are several reasons for that! It's an unusual presence, he's never felt anything like that, and he's a very curious person by nature so he wants to understand what's up with that. But even more so his previous experiences with unusual presences are Homunculi and their father, so he's a lot on the wary side. Ling isn't the sort of character with a moral compass that only goes BAD THINGS AND GOOD THINGS, he definitely understands there are things in-between (and he himself can be pretty ruthless and he's ready to do awful things for his goals, so) so it's not much of a matter of I WILL KEEP AN EYE ON YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN EVIL THING ISNIDE YOU, it's more like "woah there I need to have information about this thing because being prepared for the worst is better than not". Like he mentioned in a few threads!! He is not hostile without a reason. And also, again, he's a very curious person, so that's why he wants to know. Muppet being so defensive about it made him even more curious! And he definitely understood it's a Do Not Want thing for Muppet but he will ignore it because he wants to know. And Ling can be really pushy and kind of a dick when it comes to getting what he wants.
All of this to say that Muppet picked his interest long time, mostly for the wolf but also because he's a mannequin with a soul of his own and man that is kind of pretty cool.
Ciel's impression of Muppet is still the same as when I replied to your meme, I need to thread with him again :|a
